Have you ever thought you lost something like a watch a necklace or something that you wear for little while only to find out that you were already wearing it. If you didn't have realised/became aware that you were already wearing what you had you had searching for, you could have gone for hours searching and going round in circles.
Searching implies/declare that you don't possess something. And so you end up manifesting it!
Therefore, know/assume/pretend that you already possess what you are searching...
